An overview of my general state of mind: A friend talked about 'this shit year being over soon'. I replied, '2022 looks to be even worse. I suspect we have no 'good years' ahead of us for maybe a century and a half...at least, and those humans left will almost certainly not be 'us'. She responded with a weeping emoji.
