nebris~I have decided to publish the Liber Sorores as more or less stands at the moment. It is not finished to my personal satisfaction; however present circumstances must needs. I’ll tidy it up a wee bit, toss in a few bits and bobs. But it has to go forward. My time could run out at any moment and this volume must survive me.
Mother is very unhappy with us and we’re undergoing the first of what is probably several cullings. Extreme Climate Change will likely serve up several more. In environmental debates Overpopulation often gets shouted down as ‘racist’. Well kids, La Rona is turning out to be pretty much an equal opportunity killer. Yes, poor people of color got hit the hardest first, but the angry willful ignorance of so many White folks is now serving up Sickness and Death with a vengeance upon them as well.
In the long run, when it is predicted that 60% to 70% of all Americans will get infected at some point [Goddess knows about the rest of the world] the protection of Race, Class and Money start to yield diminishing results. And that those with ‘mild symptoms’ who ‘recover’ are often left with severe damage…Well, the playing field is certainly getting leveled, flat as a graveyard.
I am not giving up nor giving in to depression. I will stick with my protocols as long as it takes. Maybe a vaccine or two will be developed. There is rather more urgency for such than with AIDS, to say the least. So, who knows?
Meanwhile, this household shall abide…
