nebris~I'm going to go out on a limb here. I think Trump is going to lose. I think he knows that and even wants that. It seems he has hated the past thirteen hundred and forty days almost as much as most of us have. The worst thing for a conman is a con from which he cannot escape.
Trump's image has been utterly ruined, not that it was so great to begin with. But now all his bullshit has been under the spotlight and the microscope for years. He is deeply loathed by hundreds of millions of people who didn't even know who he was five years ago. His ego has been pummeled and he is seen as both a laughingstock and a villain.
All his scams and illegal dealings are being dragged out into the open and even if he does win again, the GOP is almost certain to lose the Senate. The lawsuits are piling up and the New York state AG is getting ready to challenge the 'You Cannot Indict A Sitting President' doctrine. I would not be surprised if other state AG's are thinking about doing the same.
I have recently seen a number of articles about how somewhere in the neighborhood of $800 million dollars have gone missing from his campaign funds and that his campaign has been seriously cutting back on ad buys.
I suspect most of that money has gone into a 'getaway' slush fund for Trump to use when he 'flees the jurisdiction', probably on his private jet and to Saint Peterberg, and I don't mean the one in Florida.
If you think this is nuts, remember his pattern: he always bails when the con is finished. That is how cons are supposed to work. And fuck knows this present scam is way past its due date.
Tromp will have nice digs in Russia with his handler/buddy Vlad to take care of him. He'll probably even start his own 'news network' to keep all his fans engaged, something he's always wanted. He can play the victim and toss shit at the US without having to deal with any of the fallout.
