Lawfare [Phase One Ends]

~A deal was reached without trial. Le-Le thinks – and I agree – that Bette Goldenring didn't want to face her. That would have put a 'human face' upon the person she was dispossessing. Even Landsgaard looked sheepish, though I doubt he'll lose a minute's fucking sleep over it.

We have until July 31st to vacate and have to pay her fuckin' four hundred bucks for the privilege of not being evicted and having a Judgment on Le-Le's record. At least we now know what the what is specifically.

After be got back I folded up for four hours. But Le-Le has bounced back, which is a relief. Knowing what she has to do chilled her shit.

When I got up I called my man JR. He came over and we confabbed about the step by step. All the non-essentials will be out of here by the end of next week. Just keeping the bedrooms, some kitchen stuff and the washer and drier.

We were gonna start that this weekend but shit is gonna be over 100° around here, so Le-Le and I will just do rental recon. But JR and I are gonna go to the storage space tomorrow and check that out. They supposedly even have a good sized truck that customers can use.

I'm still fucking wrung out, but at least there are no sheriffs in our foreseeable future. Therefore I am somewhat chilled.

~I am fried as fuck today. Already broke a glass. Just casually bumped into it and it tipped over. My head is full of puddin'. Gonna cancel on JR because I'll be a menace on the road.

This is when Le-Le often reminds me that I'm 'on Disability for a reason'. Yeah, most of the pressure is off, but I have paid a price for yesterday and the events leading up to it. And while I should 'get up and go', today I simply cannot. *sigh*

I feel like I'm 'all weak assed and shit', but I just have to accept that this is how I am at this point.
