~It is presently 89° and 19% humidity. At two in the morning. At least today's high has been downgraded to 103° which is certainly better than the 108° that was shown since Monday. And there are lil 'thunderstorm icons' lined up straight through Friday. *crosses fingers*

We did get it down to a comfy 72° inside here. Made my evening nap quite lovely.

~It has only gone down to 86° and it's just shy six in the morning, which means that's pretty much as cool as it's gonna get today.

Meantime, I'm watching crime drama and fucking off. Le-Le went to bed an hour ago. And that's just about that...

~It has been solidly overcast ever since it got light. Seems like rain, but who knows with this weather. Might break open and pour down or burn off and cook us again.

Life in The Desert

~It is presently 94° and 21% humidity. It has remained overcast since first light and that has kept the temp down. It was already ten degrees hotter this time yesterday and was supposed to be roughly the same today, if not more so. Thunderstorms are still on the menu, but with the drop in temperature, that remains to be seen.
