Nebs Sez: Impeachment Or Not Edition
Jan. 30th, 2018 08:36 am~Personally I highly doubt Trump will ever be impeached. The Dem Establishment really does not have the cojones to do so. But that does not mean he ain't going down.
It won't be for 'collusion with Russia' however. I think the Trump campaign wanted to collude but as far as I can tell at this point, they simply could not pull it off. Dirty money laundering is a whole other ball of wax though. That's what's gonna snag The Donald and his clan et al in the end.
Now, I do expect Mueller is going to get fired and I'm pretty sure he knows that too. Trump is not subtle and telegraphs his bullshit like Samuel Morse. I think not much will come of that in DC besides lots of screaming and yelling and running around with hands in the air [see 'lack of cojones; above]
In that regard however, note that Mueller early on began to share everything he's done with the NY State AG Eric Schneiderman, the man who brought down Trump Uni and closed the doors of the Trump Foundation. Most of the money laundering has taken place in NY and Federal pardons do not apply to state crimes. That is where Trump is going to be destroyed.
To be honest, I don't think he's ever going to go to prison, but will instead die of a stroke or heart-attack when he realizes he actually is prison bound. Jared [maybe with Ivanka?] will likely flee to Israel and the Israelis will deny any extradition requests. Don Jr and Eric [and Ivanka?] will probably see the inside of prison, though for how long I cannot say.
Lots of other people will go to jail and a few will get murdered before they can share what they know. [boo hoo] And what will be left of the GOP is anyone's guess....
