LJ Support Request #2

Okay, it's been over eleven hours since I filed this ticket and A: I still have no access to my PAID LJ ACCOUNT and B: no one has said peep to me about this situation or when and how y'all plan to resolve it.
I know this is about 'steaksauce' because a number of my LJ friends said their LJ's are fine. That was over on Facebook btw, where I've been reposting the text of these Support Requests.
