Since I've lived up here in the AV, I've learned a few things about mobile home plumbing. Mobile homes are off the ground, so their pipes run under the house, but above ground. That means during a Heat Event, warm water comes out of the cold water taps, warm enough to shower comfortably. And during winter freezes, ya gotta dribble a tap or the pipes will freeze solid.
