nebrisThis is a Day of Collapse. Those who have Celebrated will sleep off the festivities of previous day and the Festival Guardians with catch their breath.
However, on Leap Years, this would be a Second Day of Indulgence and the Day of Collapse would be pushed forward one day. Of course it is expected that some will collapse anyway and no shame will be attached... though some teasing will be allowed.
