nebris~I've been sleeping restlessly all week. Busy dreams that make me toss and turn and then wake me up half way. Racing thoughts that then keep me awake. You can see that under my eyes. I don't think I've slept more than six hours at a stretch all week.
I'm used to the Up/Down Cycle, but it usually only lasts a few days and then a I get a ten/twelve hour run. But so far, no joy. Some of it is post-Birthday deflation. Some of it is The Page tormenting me. Some of it is PTSD for reasons I'm not at liberty to share.
None of it is Major. But the whole thing is like getting pecked to death by ducks. I'll be pleased when this phase is over. That's the Good Thing about Bad Shit; it ends, too.
