~Today it is an entire year since I posted the last State of The Explanation. I've been actively working on the updated Preface past few days and I have posted that here. I say 'actively' because I have been mulling it over in my head on and off for that past year. The beginning and the end are still mostly the same. But the 'overly flippant' portion in the middle that bothered me is gone, replace by more extensive and far tougher text.

I'll post an updated version of The State of The Explanation in the next few days...

...and so it is.
