~Yesterday morning around four I finally got my shit together and did a shopping run down to WinCo. Dropped a young fortune on a ton of stuff and pretty well knocked the shit outta myself. This always reminds me of what lousy shape I'm in. No excuse except sloth and depression, not necessarily in that order.

'In Other News'...Right now I'm really jumpy and twitchy because I've been pushing myself through A Single Step. Making good progress, but I'm paying for it as usual. Stay tuned...
