You need followers who are capable of earning an income while living in or near the compound. You don't have that yet. The people most likely to follow you have their sources of income too far away from you. How close is the nearest hospital, for example? If it's close enough to commute, could you get sissyhiyah a job there? That's the kind of practical issues before what Orwell (and Heinlein and Hubbard) thinks come to pass.
