~My lower back has been in a lot of pain for the past few days. Not steady however. It was moderate for a day or two, then went away almost entirely yesterday afternoon/early evening. But this morning it's absolutely killing me.

My chair is fine and I haven't done any heavy lifting...well no, that's not true. I schlepped a nineteen pound cat to the vet on Thursday. And Louise Hay also says that lower back pain is the place where the body holds 'money worries' and Goddess knows I certainly have been worrying about where we're going to get fifteen hundred bucks* for Buckethead's big stupid foot *sigh*

*about a grand for the operation, blood work, biopsy, etc..and then fees for re-bandaging visits..
